SHIPPING POLICY


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.

PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this
includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used
during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days delivery.  If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team
at customstyledgifts@gmail.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our
support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on
their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover
the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.  Please provide a picture of the defective item to our email address: customstyledgifts@gmail.com
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days
of the delivery date.  Returns must be authorized by the company CustomStyledGifts prior to the item being returned, either through email or a phone conversation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non defective items and items that are received in 100% good working condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as
soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30%
Restocking Fee. All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
